Weldon Homecoming 2018

This year’s Homecoming was EPIC to say the least. It was a historical moment for the students and alumni of Weldon STEM High School Career Academies, with so much Charger Pride and Charger Love. September 29, 2018 was truly a special day. ABC Visions was honored to be there to share information about our Vision Box Scholarship and next year’s application deadline (April 15, 2019 - Save the Date!). We were thrilled to support the football team (who brought home a major W in the game), reunite with our classmates, staff, teachers, coaches, and fellow alumni. From the parade, to the tailgate, to the Homecoming Court presentation, the game, and the alumni dance, it was a day to remember. We captured some moments from Homecoming. ABC Visions was on site with information about our current Vision Box Scholars, next application deadline (April 15, 2019), 50/50 raffle, and giveaways.

We were able to enjoy the game and catch up with some of our classmates from c/o 2001.

Our 50/50 Raffle Winners did not leave empty-handed. We sold tickets from the tailgate until halftime, when we announced the lucky winners. Congratulations again!

We were happy to be at Homecoming this year, and experience all of that Charger Pride and Charger Love, while representing ABC Visions and the Vision Box Scholarship!
